We offer two proposals for the Titanium dioxide waste acid treatment system:
Proposal 1:
By employing a simple low-temperature evaporation and concentration method, we enhance the consistency of sulfuric acid, optimizing industrial processes. Our system features a dual-effect counterflow, forced circulation, and flashing evaporation process that leverages secondary steam utilization to significantly reduce steam consumption, making it an ideal solution for titanium dioxide waste acid treatment.
At the core of our system is a meticulously selected complete graphite flashing separation tank, engineered for a durable working life exceeding 10 years. We have integrated a graphite axial waterjet pump in a forced circulation mode, resulting in cost savings and improved operational longevity. Additionally, the graphite evaporator has been meticulously designed to enhance heat transfer efficiency and minimize pressure drop, ensuring optimal performance in waste acid treatment applications.
Proposal 2:
Our system begins by separating TIO2 and sulfate from the diluted sulfuric acid using a sophisticated membrane treatment device. The purified diluted sulfuric acid then seamlessly transitions into the evaporation system for concentration, effectively addressing the common issue of evaporator blockages. To ensure maximum efficiency, microfiltration is employed for TIO2 solids recovery from the waste acid, while ferrous sulfate is meticulously separated through a meticulous chilling and crystallization process.
Moreover, our system excels in the removal of ferric ions, which are concentrated and eliminated using cutting-edge nanofiltration (NF) technology, guaranteeing a thorough and effective treatment process.
With a total titanium dioxide output capacity of up to 3.5 million tons, the majority of production is centered around the sulfuric acid method for manufacturing titanium dioxide. However, this process generates significant amounts of waste acid and wastewater.
In particular, the neutralization method often leads to the precipitation of large quantities of waste plaster, posing a threat to the environment through contamination. This environmental challenge underscores the importance of adopting sustainable and efficient waste acid treatment solutions in the titanium dioxide manufacturing industry.
By implementing advanced waste acid treatment technologies, we can mitigate environmental impact, improve operational sustainability, and pave the way for a cleaner, greener future in titanium dioxide production.
