We offer a fully integrated caustic soda dissolving system designed for the safe, flexible, and cost-effective preparation of caustic soda solutions directly at your plant. This system is ideal for industries that have high but variable consumption of alkaline solutions, or for locations where continuous supply of liquid caustic soda is not always reliable.
The system prepares caustic soda solution (NaOH) by dissolving solid caustic soda – available in pellets, flakes, beads, or powder form -in water under controlled conditions. By producing caustic solution on site, companies can improve operational flexibility while significantly reducing logistics and storage costs.

The automatic caustic dissolving system is designed as a complete solution integrating bulk material handling and controlled dissolution. The system typically includes:
- Big bag discharging system for safe unloading of bulk caustic soda
- Manual or automatic bag emptying system for handling smaller bags
- Stainless steel screw conveyor for controlled transfer of solids to the mixing tank
- Stainless steel mixing tank designed for chemical resistance
- Industrial agitator to ensure uniform dissolution
- Cooling system to manage heat generated during the dissolving process
- Level indicators, shut-off valves, and temperature monitoring system with safety protection

Integrated Bulk Material Handling
For efficient plant operation, the dissolving system can be combined with upstream material handling equipment such as a screw conveyor, vacuum conveying system, big bag discharging system or an automatic bag emptying system, enabling a complete and automated solution for handling and processing solid caustic soda.
