Industrial wastewater treatment is the process of managing and treating industrial wastewater from different applications. The dissolved air flotation is a modular unit, designed for highly efficient treatment of any type of industrial wastewater. With advanced technology, we can achieve higher removal rates of pollutants than competitor products. Our dissolved air flotation is a flexible solution that can be applied to a wide range of wastewater applications. Capacities range from 1 m³/hr to 250 m³/hr. Containerized dissolved air flotation solutions are modular and can be installed as standalone solutions or as pretreatment in a wastewater treatment plant with other process steps.
Our Fixed Bed Biological Reactor (FBBR) is a unique, high rate, biological wastewater treatment process. Fixed bed modules can be applied for standalone biological treatment of municipal wastewaters, or for high-rate biological treatment of pretreated industrial wastewaters. Modules can be used in series, or in parallel to handle flowrates of 10 – 5,000 m³/day.
The electrical oxidation is a specialized process technology that uses diamond electrodes and electrical current to oxidize a wide range of hard to treat pollutants. These include inert COD, heavy metals, and persistent substances. Electrical oxidation can be applied in all applications where it is necessary to oxidate inert organic matter. The electrical oxidation modules includes several stacks, and each of them comprises several square meters of HQ diamond coated electrodes. Electrical oxidation modules can handle flowrates from 1 m³/hr to 400 m³/hr.
Clarifier is supplied as a complete easy-to-install container or as a plate pack assembly for installation into either concrete or steel tanks. Clarifiers can be used for industrial and municipal applications, for flowrates of 1 m³/hr – 500 m³/hr depending on pollutant loading. The clarifiers can be used to clean wastewater from municipal and industrial wastewater.
Modular sludge solutions provide effective ways to significantly reduce the sludge that can be produced as a by-product from certain wastewater treatment process technologies. These solutions are implemented either as stand-alone modules, or they can be used in conjunction with other wastewater treatment process technologies. Our modular sludge treatment solutions can be implemented for handling sludge from various sources including biological and dissolved air flotation systems. They can also be applied to a wide range of applications including municipal and industrial projects.
Spent caustic liquors from ethylene manufacturing and petroleum refining are some of the nastiest wastewater the industry must deal with. These liquors are odorous, highly colored and contain sodium sulfides, mercaptans, phenols and emulsified hydrocarbons, so they do not respond to traditional treatment.
